Route
Since I spend a lot of time on the island of Mallorca, this is one of the many routes I like to hike. It is a 13.2-kilometer loop trail near Port de Pollença, Mallorca. The route is generally rated as moderate and can usually be completed in 4 hours. While the trail is great for hiking and often quite popular, you can find a bit of peace and quiet if you visit at the right time of day.

The Look
The shoes were perfect for this hike - they give me good support, are waterproof, and also look really stylish!
Moab Speed 2Field Notes:
The scent of the coast and the mountains is magical. Goats cross your path along the way. Having the sea in the background makes the hike very enchanting, and for me, it's a place with a lot of energy and power.

It's so worth it to start this hike before sunrise. You'll easily find parking, and the light is magical. Be aware that this route is also very popular with road cyclists. It gets quite busy around midday. If you start really early, you can reach the Formentor lighthouse before the traffic picks up. There's great coffee and delicious food there.
"The fresh air, the views, and the sense of freedom are just essential to me."

Q&A:
How do do you mix yoga and hiking in your work?
Hiking and yoga complement each other well because hiking challenges the body and takes you into nature, while yoga in this context helps stretch muscles, relax, and calm the mind. This combination provides both physical activity and mental tranquility, creating a deeper and more healing experience. I love bringing people together and creating moments of transformation and healing. By creating a safe space people can let go and connect more deeply with their inner world, fostering a profound and loving connection with themselves.
Why do you love hiking?
It's a chance to enjoy nature, clear my head, and get some physical exercise. The fresh air, the views, and the sense of freedom are just essential to me. It's also a great way to change my perspective, explore new places, and leave behind the stress of everyday life.
